The living areas all enjoy water views and consist of a fully equipped kitchen with large work bench, modern appliances and everything you could need including a Nespresso coffee machine and filtered water system. The dining area with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the bay and a separate TV lounge with Foxtel provide space for everyone to relax and reconnect.
French doors from both the lounge and dining areas open the house to the alfresco dining area with a cathedral ceiling covering the outdoor setting and BBQ. The lawn area shaded by peppermint trees is the ideal place to lay back on the sun lounges, sipping on a chilled glass of local wine whilst you catch up on that novel you so want to finish or just watch the world go by.
Bedrooms consist of a queen master bedroom and spa ensuite, a second queen bedroom and the third with 2 king singles that can be zipped together to make a king bed. It also offers a second bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.
The house is fully air-conditioned in the living areas and all bedrooms and features a pot belly wood fire in the dining area for those cooler winter nights. Free WIFI is available for guests.
