How far in advance can I book?
Reservations open approximately 11 months ahead. Peak periods book out early.

Payment terms
A 30% deposit secures your stay. The balance is due prior to arrival. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Security bond
A refundable bond is taken by way of credit card details taken on arrival.

Early arrival or late departure may be possible and can be confirmed closer to your stay.

Are the homes fully self-contained?
Yes. Each house includes:

• Full kitchen

• Laundry facilities

• Fresh linen and bath towels

• Outdoor entertaining area

• Wi-Fi

A starter supply of essentials is provided on arrival.

Are all homes the same?
Layouts are similar, though furnishings and décor reflect each owner’s style. All meet a consistent standard of comfort and presentation.

Can bedding be adjusted?
In selected homes, king beds may be split into singles. Please request prior to arrival.

Is servicing included?
Stays under 8 nights are not serviced. For extended stays we can offer a mid-stay service, please refer to managers.

Is there a wheelchair accessible home?
One fully accessible house is available. Please contact us to discuss suitability.

Is Waterfront suitable for children?
Yes. The calm waters of Geographe Bay and open green spaces make it ideal for families.

Are cots and highchairs available?
Available on request for a small fee. Please contact the managers.

Are parties or events permitted?
No. Waterfront Dunsborough is a quiet residential retreat. Events, functions and gatherings are not permitted.

Can we invite visitors?
Day visitors are welcome. Overnight guests must be included in your confirmed booking. Maximum occupancy limits apply.

Are pets allowed?
No, sorry we cannot allow pets.

Do you accept Leavers bookings?
No. Leavers cannot be accommodated at the Waterfront.

How close are you to town?
Minutes from Dunsborough town centre yet positioned for beachfront privacy.

Is the beach safe for swimming?
Yes. Geographe Bay is typically calm and suitable for swimming and paddleboarding.

Is there a restaurant onsite?
No, but we have some magnificent local restaurants a few minutes’ walk away.
